How do you handle the HRT medication refill process?

To initiate your medication refill, we'll contact you every two months. At that time, you’ll answer a medical refill assessment form so we can assess your progress and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. You can either approve your 60-day medication refill or switch your treatment type (injections or cream).
